MICROPILES
Micropiles are slender reinforcing bars used to stabilize structural foundations. Similar to soil nailing, reinforcing members are cased in a pre-drilled hole and grouted into place. Micropiles are used to stabilize foundations by securing the foundation to a rigid body, typically bedrock or dense soil.
